· Number of Beds : 7 holding beds

· Patient Ratios :

· Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) :

· Type of equipment : Client Innova, Impella

· Documentation system: MacLab, Meditech

· Scheduling requirements: 7- 1530 M-F Stemi Call approx.. 10 to 12 days a mo. Self scheduling

· Floating policy: within the departments: EP and Stress lab

· Patient Experience requirements:

Hospital Specifics-

· Certifications: ACLS and BLS

Hiring profile

Requested Skill Set: Cath Lab experience, Structural Heart, IABP, Impella, IFR, FFR

Must have :

ACLS, BLS

Advanced skills needed:

PCI, PFO, Impella, IABP,

Procedures performed on unit:

TAVR

PFO

Atherectomy

PCI

R/LHC

Impella/IABP

Implants

DCCV, TEE

Certifications Required:

Dress Code : (Required uniform)
