· Number of Beds - 175

· Number of Staff – 60 therapy providers, (PT,OT,SLPs, PTAs, COTAs)

· Shift for the Traveler --- 10 hour days to include heavy weekend rotation

· Type of staff: inpatient acute care facility

o Day Shift – ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters)

o Night Shift -

· Patient Ratios – 8-10 patient daily

· Type of equipment -

· EMR –EPIC

· On Call Requirements- N/A

· Weekend Requirements: Yes, 2-3 weekends per month
