· Number of Beds - 29

· Number of Staff – 9

· Type of staff:

o Day Shift – 1 Charge (out of staffing), 5 on tele, 3 on step down side.

o Night Shift – 1 Charge (out of staffing), 5 on tele, 3 on step down side.

· Patient Ratios – 4:1 on Tele, 3:1 on Stepdown

· EMR - Meditech

Skill Set Most recruited for:

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

· ACLS

·

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

· EKG Training

· Cardiac Experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

· Recovering Cath lab patients: stents, pacemakers, mitraclips, micrapacers, valve replacements

· Managing cardiac drips, management of heart failure patients

Best personality Fit:

· Team work oriented, priority on customer service

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

· ACLS, BLS

Floating Area(s):

· Other cardiac units and med surg

Dress Code : · Scrub Color/Attire - Galaxy blue, Ceil Blue, Black, and Red

Weekends and On call(if any)

· Every other weekend (No on call shifts)
