· Number of Staff – 5-6 RNs / 2-3 LNAs

· Type of staff:

o Day Shift – Charge RN, RNs, LNAs, unit Coordinator ( Monday- Friday)

o Night Shift – Charge RN, RNs , 2-3 LNAs

· Patient Ratios – 5-6:1

· Type of equipment – Hoyer, CPM,

· EMR – Code Cart

Skill Set Most recruited for:

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

· Minimum 2 years' experience in Med Surg. in a Hospital Setting

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

· 2yrs experience med surg, orthopedics, Bariatrics

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

· Orthopedic Surgery (Knees, hips, Shoulder, Cervical), bariatrics

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

· BLS

Floating Area(s):

· Medical Oncology

Dress Code :

· Scrub Color/Attire – No Color

Weekends and On call

· 4 weekend shift per 4 week schedule
