Location: Medical City Denton

Address: 3535 South I-35 East Denton Texas 76210

Floor:

Shift Time: Start Time: 08:00 AM End Time: 04:30 PM

Shift Type: Day Shift

General Information

Tell us about the unit(s):

· Number of Beds – 205 level II trauma center

· Number of Staff – PT: 20 OT - 12

· Type of staff:

o Day Shift : TUES – SAT 8 am -5 pm

o Night Shift -

· Patient Ratios – 12 patient per day

· Type of equipment – standard for rehab services

· EMR - Meditech

Skill Set Most recruited for:

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

· Acute care experience, including clinical rotations while in school

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

· Experience with complex trauma, complex neuro patients

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

· Standard mobility and ADL focus

Best personality Fit:

· High level of accountability and autonomous ability

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

· Licensed PT or OT in state of Texas

Floating Area(s):

· Will cover all areas of the hospital

Dress Code :

· Scrub Color/Attire - hunter green

Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.

Weekends and On call(if any)

· Will need to cover a Saturday or Sunday shift every week while on contract
