Facility: Anna Jaques Hospital

Position Description: Contract Guarantee hours= 72 Hours Biweekly on all Assignments – these guaranteed hours do not include any "on-call” time worked

Comments And Notes: BILH coversheet required at time of submission - 8H Day shift, either 9a-5:30p Tuesday-Saturday, flexible hours on Saturdays - Must have MA license, CPR and inpatient PT experience Main Function: Acute inpatient position to work as part of an interdisciplinary team performing evaluations, developing a plan of care, and providing treatment for patients requiring Physical Therapy services with a wide variety of diagnoses. Provide patient, family and care giver education. Complete all documentation to ensure accurate and timely information. Candidate should demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and flexibility. Additional qualities include: excellent interpersonal and communication skills, organizational skills, and problem solving skills. NO local travelers will be accepted (cannot reside within 50 mi from the facility) Orientation is every other week - NM to interview and offer Please provide dates and times available for interview at time of submission ALL RTO REQUESTS MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF SUB Travelers who have worked for *** as perm or per diem within the last six months will not be accepted - MUST be separated from facility for six months to be considered
