o Day Shift – 1 CNC; 7 RN, 10 CST, 3-4 FA's, 4 PCT, 2 Anesthesia tech, 1 Supervisor, 1 Director

o Night Shift – On Call only

· Patient Ratios – 1:1

· Type of equipment – multi specialty

· EMR – Meditech converting to Expanse

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for:

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

· RN minimum 2 years experience

· Orthopedics, general, urology, gyn,

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

· ENT, Vascular experience (non Cardiac)

· Pediatric

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

· Open/Laparoscopic/Robotic general cases (i.e. appy, chole, some bariatrics)

· Robotic orthopedics

· Total knees/hips; trauma orthopedic

· Laparoscopic/robotic hysterectomies; tubal ligations; emergent interventions

Best personality Fit:

· Team player willing to jump in and keep the day moving. Someone who has initiative and drive.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

· BSN preferred

Weekends and On call(if any)

· On call required including weekly and 1 weekend a month
