• Number of Beds - 10
• Number of Staff – 26
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift – 3 mom baby RNs, 1 transition RN
  • Night Shift – 3 mom baby RNs, 1 transition RN
• Patient Ratios – 3-4 couplets per nurse
• Type of equipment – CPN charting, infant warmers, bassinets, NELCOR pulse oximetry for CCHD, Bili lights, IV pumps
• EMR – Meditech & CPN

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Minimum 1-year current Mother Baby RN experience
• BLS & BLS required

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Personal connection capability with patients (patient-centered care)
• Flexible; would be nice to have transition experience

• Circumcisions
• Staple removal
• Newborn testing
