- Number of Beds - 10
- Number of Staff – 26
- Type of staff:
- Day Shift – 3 mom baby RNs, 1 transition RN
- Night Shift – 3 mom baby RNs, 1 transition RN
- Patient Ratios – 3-4 couplets per nurse
- Type of equipment – CPN charting, infant warmers, bassinets, NELCOR pulse oximetry for CCHD, Bili lights, IV pumps
- EMR – Meditech & CPN
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
- Minimum 1-year current Mother Baby RN experience
- BLS & BLS required
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
- Personal connection capability with patients (patient-centered care)
- Flexible; would be nice to have transition experience

- Staple removal
- Newborn testing
