· Number of Beds – 7 OR suites

· Number of Staff – 45

· Type of staff: RNs, CSTs, Ancillary support staff

o Day Shift – 1 charge RN, 6-7 RNs, 6-7 CSTs, Orderly, Anesthesia Techs

o Night Shift – 1 RN, 1 CST

· Patient Ratios (ESTIMATED) – 1:1

· Type of equipment - Various

· EMR - Meditech

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: General/Trauma OR skills

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

· Experience in the Operating room. Labor & Delivery only is not applicable

Must have Neuro and Ortho/Spine experience

· At least 1 year experience

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

· Trauma center experience

· Ortho experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

· Ortho, neuro, robotics

· General, trauma, urology

Best personality Fit:

· Team player, positive attitude

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

· BLS

Floating Area(s):

Dress Code :

· Scrub Color/Attire - Change into hospital provided scrubs each day

Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.

Weekends and On call(if any)

· T he call requirements would be about 10 days a month but up to 15 for CVOR positions.

OR CST the call is about 1 day a week and weekend a month
