• Scheduling requirements:Self Scheduling, work every 3rd weekend
• Floating policy:Travel/Ag. 1st to float. Float only to tele to take pts, other areas as "helper/resource”
• Patient Experience requirements: AIDET,

• Certifications: BLS, ACLS

Hiring profile

Requested Skill Set:

Must have: Critical Care Experience, strong communication skills, adaptability to change.

Advanced skills needed: neuro and trauma experience a plus

Procedures performed on unit: Open heart recovery, Bedside: cardioversions, Bronch, CRRT, Impella

Certifications Required: BLS/ACLS

Dress Code: (Required uniform)

• Scrubs - Royal Blue
