Shift Type: Night Shift

​ Shift Time: Start Time: 07:00 PM End Time: 07:00 AM

o Day Shift – 1 charge, 1 surgical tech, 4 RNs, 1 US

o Night Shift – 1 charge, 1 surgical tech, 4 RNs

· Patient Ratios – AWHONN

· Type of equipment – Standard Client L&D fetal monitoring, wireless monitoring (NOVII), Baxter IV Pumps

· EMR – Meditech Expanse and Client CPN Connect

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for:

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

· Strong independent L&D skills (cervical checks, OR circulator, IV start, med management to include oxytocin and magnesium).

· Labor Management

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

· Device placement (IUPC, FSE)

· Newborn transition

· Labor management

· Vaginal and c-section deliveries

· Pre-op/PACU

Best personality Fit:

· Open and friendly. Able to manage independently but with a team spirit.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

· NRP, BLS, ACLS, EFM

· Scrub Color/Attire - Royal Blue or OR scrubs
