· Number of Beds - 400

· Number of Staff- For this shift, need 2 at all times.

· Type of staff:

o Day Shift – ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters)

o Night Shift – Need 2, some days we have 0 scheduled and some days might have 1.

· Patient Ratios – N/A

· Type of equipment – Client logics and volusons

· EMR - Expanse

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for:

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

· Pedi Experience especially neonatal heads

· OB Gyn experience

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

· General experience

· Vascular experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

· All OB Gyn exams

· Neonatal Heads

· General for adults, pediatrics, and Neonatal

Best personality Fit:

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

· RDMS in ABD & OB

· BLS

· Scrub Color/Attire - Hunter Green
