Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 13-week travel assignment in Arlington, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong adult critical care experience and at least 2 years of respiratory therapy experience.

Required Experience

• 2 years of experience

• Strong Adult Critical Care experience – Required

• Experience working in a hospital/acute-care setting

• Ability to work night shifts

• Strong clinical and patient-care skills

Preferred Skills

Candidates with experience in the following will be considered first:

• Critical care respiratory therapy

• Ventilator management

• Acute-care respiratory procedures

• Caring for critically ill adult patients

Unit Information

• Documentation System: Meditech

• Floating: As needed

• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Schedule: 3x12s

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

• Call: To be discussed during interview

• Weekend Requirements: To be discussed during interview

Dress Code & Appearance

• Scrubs as required by facility

• Clean and professional appearance required

• No artificial nails, gel, or similar nail enhancements

• Hair must be neat and clean; shoulder-length or longer hair should be pulled back when working in the lab

• Beards, mustaches, and sideburns must be clean and neatly trimmed

• Extreme hairstyles or colors are not permitted

• Tattoos/body art should be covered whenever possible

• Visible piercings other than earrings are prohibited, including nose and tongue piercings
