o Day Shift – ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) (EVENING STAFF)

· Patient Ratios – 1:1

· Type of equipment – OR equipment

· EMR – EPIC

· On Call Requirements 3-4 Call shifts a month

· Weekend Requirements: 3-4 call shifts a month

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

· BLS, CST certification preferred.
