Also, must document travel experience. (at least one prior travel exp. preferred) 2 recent Charge RN/Manager/Supervisor references matching specialty Skills Checklist matching specialty Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics Current AHA BLS required NURSYS Report Licenses verification with current or conditional Massachusetts RN licenses (past or present) pulled within the last 7 days RTO must be included at time of submission; it will not be guaranteed after confirmation.
