Location: Charlotte North Carolina 28203
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 12hr Night Shift - 36Shift Information: F/S/S 1900-0730Clinical Interviewing- NoOn Call, Call Back Requirements: Call varies and is staffed with a fair rotation between full time, part time, PRN and Traveler teammates. Frequency depends on the size of the team based on fair rotation to share the responsibility equally.Weekend Rotation: No rotations between weekends and weekdays. Travelers would stay on days and shifts per the contract.Holiday Requirements: Travelers will be expected to help holiday coverage unless approved off in advance.Floating Requirements: None
About Facility:
- How many licensed beds: CMC 874, LCH 247
- Level I Trauma; Level 1 Pediatric Trauma
- Teaching Hospital
- Chest Pain Center
- Stroke Center
- Average patients/day: 40-45
- Will you accept a first-time traveler: Yes
- Adults and Pediatrics from ED, ICUs, Nursing units and outpatients across the full spectrum of radiology exams and diagnosis'
- ARRT(R) or NMTCB, ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT
- BLS
- State Licensure is not required
- Confident of their clinical skill sets with ability to work in a fast paced, high patient acuity environment. Good communication skills and attitude of helpfulness and teamwork strongly preferred
- All departments have a lead tech, modality supervisor, and Imaging Manager. Diverse team with various years of experience from new grads to long tenure teammates.
- EMR: EPIC
- Department specific Equipment: Siemens 1.5T magnets
- No
- Facility tour, departmental tour with introductions.
- 5 days departmental orientation but flexible based on needs of traveler
- Rotations: No rotations between weekends and weekdays. Travelers would stay on days and shifts per the contract.
- Call requirement: Call varies and is staffed with a fair rotation between full time, part time, PRN and Traveler teammates. Frequency depends on the size of the team based on fair rotation to share the responsibility equally.
- Holiday Expectations: Travelers will be expected to help holiday coverage unless approved off in advance.
- RTO: Manager approval
- Shift times: We are staffed 24/7/365 so travelers would fill whatever shift is currently vacant. Not rotating but per contract on 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts or weekends based on need.
- Schedule cycle: Traveler contract are 13 weeks and travelers would work the same shift and times as agreed upon in the contract.
- Scrub Color: Technologists = Black
- Parking: Free teammate parking across several parking decks
- Department Culture: Good teamwork, high clinical skill sets, able to work in fast paced environment.
