General Information

Number of Beds – Cardiac Cath Lab (3 procedure Rooms)
Number of Staff – 9
Type of staff: RNs and Cath Lab Techs
o Day Shift – (1 supervisor, 3 RN, 2 Cath lab Techs)
o Night Shift – On call staff only (2RNs and 1 Cath Lab Tech or 1 RN and 2 Cath Lab Techs)
Patient Ratios – Team consists of 3 team members for 1 patient procedure.
Type of equipment – Phillips and Siemens Floro equipment
EMR – MERGE Hemo - Cath Lab documentation system and Meditech Expanse
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
BLS
ACLS
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Electrophysiology experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
Left and right heart caths
Pacemaker/ICD, watchman
IR procedures
Vascular
EP Ablations (PFA)

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
BLS, ACLS
Floating Area(s):
Pre/Post Cath Department
Dress Code:
Scrub Color/Attire - Hospital provided - sky blue
Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
Procedural guidelines (universal precautions, timeout procedures, moderated sedation guidelines)
Weekends and On call(if any)
One full weekend plus 2 weekdays for a total of 10 shifts per four-week schedule.
