·   Number of Beds - 40

·   Number of Staff – 120

·   Type of staff:

o   Day Shift – CNC, Team leads, RN, Advanced Paramedic, EDT, MHSC, Secretary

o   Night Shift - CNC, Team leads, RN, Advanced Paramedic, EDT, MHSC, Secretary

·   Patient Ratios – 4:1 (3 rooms and 1 hall bed in high volume)

·   Type of equipment – cardiac monitors, EKGs, US, Belmont Rapid Infuser, IO Drills, Lifepak, etc.

·   EMR -Meditech

Skill Set Most recruited for: 

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• NIH Certification

·   Adaptability

·   High pressure experience in previous job

·   Previous medical experience (RN, Medic, Technician, etc.)

·   IV starts and phlebotomy

·   Cardiac Monitoring/Interpretation

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

·   BLS, ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, CPI for RN

·   BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI for Medic

·   BLS, CPI for all staff
