General Information

Beds: 3 onsite, 1 offsite
Will you accept a traveler with 1 year experience: No, 2 years
Will you accept a first-time traveler: Upon review

Patient Types:

Breast patients, screening, diagnostic, breast procedure
Offsite just does screenings

Patient Ratios: 1:1

Required Certifications: BLS, ARRT, Illinois IEMA License (just need prior to start, do not need this to be able to interview)

Skills required

3D mammography, screening and diagnostic exams, stereotactic biopsy experience, Hologic experience; QA on mammo units (preferred)
PenRad and DEXA Scan experience a must
EPIC experience

Support on the Unit:

Supervisor
RT: 24/7
Hospitalist: 24/7

Technology/Equipment: EMR: EPIC - required

Floating: If yes, where: Varies based on needs for the onsite and off-site campuses

Orientation: (facility and unit) At least one shift to learn the flow

Scheduling:

Weekend rotation: Every other Saturday
On call: No
Holiday Expectations:
Approval of time off: To go through manager
