Patient Ratios : 1:2, :1
Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : we have 1 PCT the rest RN Nurses
Type of equipment : Client bedside monitors, bladder scanner, Central Tele Monitor, IV pumps, poles, EKG, thermometer, suction
Documentation system: Expanse
Scheduling requirements: 9 or 12 hour shifts, call 1-2 times a week, 1 call weekend a month. 7a-7p, 7p-7A. 2 call Holidays per year
Floating policy: closed unit
Patient Experience requirements: prefer 1-2 years ICU or ER experience, 1 year floor experience
Hospital Specifics-
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS required
Hiring profile
Requested Skill Set:
Must have: ACLS, BLS, PALS required. Nursing experience preferable ICU or ER
Advanced skills needed: preferred ventilator experience, critical drips
Procedures performed on unit: ECT, bedside manipulations, Blood patch
Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS,
