REQUESTED SKILL SET – CVOR ORT:

• Proficient in scrubbing cardiac cases requiring bypass

• Experience with procedures involving the mediastinum

• Thoracic surgery experience, including DaVinci-assisted procedures

• Open thoracotomy experience

• VATS procedures

• Experience with procedures initiating ECMO

• Pericardial window procedures

• Ability to take call

MUST HAVE:

• CVOR experience

• Proficiency in scrubbing cardiac cases requiring bypass

• Ability to take call

ADVANCED SKILLS NEEDED:

• Cardiac surgery

• Thoracic surgery

• DaVinci-assisted procedures

• ECMO procedures

• VATS

• Open thoracotomy

• Pericardial window

• CABG

• Valve replacement

• Repair of aortic dissections
