Description

Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Scientist

Location: Cumming, GA 30041
Contract Duration: 16 weeks
Shift: Nights
Schedule: 4 × 10-hour shifts | 40 hours/week
Shift Hours: Varies, approximately 8:30 PM–7:00 AM
Department: 702F – Clinical Laboratory

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in the specialty
Required Certifications: ASCP, NCA, AMT, or AAB
Preferred: Experience in a clinical laboratory setting
Experience with specimen testing and analysis
Facility will only consider Medical Technologists (MT) and Medical Laboratory Scientists (MLS)
Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLT) will NOT be considered
No local candidates within 50 miles

Holiday Requirement

Travelers must work 2 of the 3 major holidays:

Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
New Year's Day

Additionally, travelers must work 1 minor holiday:

Friday after Thanksgiving
Christmas Eve
New Year's Eve
