Complete Description:

• Unit: 51200 – Pediatric & Adult Acute Rehab/Physical Medicine

• Schedule: 36 hrs/week | Days/Evenings/Nights

• Shifts: 8- & 12-hour shifts | Weekends/Holidays per policy

• Patients: Stroke, Brain Injury, SCI, Trauma, Ortho, Neuro, Oncology, Pediatric, Transplant, Heart Failure & complex cases

• Role: Interdisciplinary care with focus on patient independence & family support

• Preferred: Recent pediatric experience

Requirements:
- 2 years Med Surg experience
- NYS RN
- AHA BLS required,
- Telemetry Experience Required

Skills:   Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Expertise Rating Move   Two (2) years Experience Required           RN License (ONLY NY Licenses are accepted at this time) Required           BLS (American Heart Association ONLY) Required           Telemetry Experience Required Required
