Schedule: Floating Shift, 12*3 36hours/week

Schedule

• Shift: D/E/N Rotating

• Weekends & Holidays: As per unit needs

• On-Call/Callback/Charge: Required as needed

• Hours: 48 hrs/week may be billed at regular time

Unit Overview

• Specialized Neurological Unit caring for acute and complex neuro patients

• Experience with stroke, epilepsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Guillain-Barré Syndrome, and more

• Joint Commission–accredited Comprehensive Stroke Center

• Region's only Level 4 Epilepsy Monitoring Unit

• Use continuous video EEG for seizure evaluation, diagnosis & treatment

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment

• Strong focus on neurological nursing and critical-thinking skills

Requirements

• Telemetry experience required

• RN License: NY License ONLY

• 2 years of experience

• BLS certification required

• NIHSS certification required
