Strong clinical and rapid patient assessment skills

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Trauma Experience in level 1 or 2 Trauma Center
2 years experience in high volume ED
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
Moderate sedation; RSI; CPR; PIV/IO; Splinting; EKG; blood transfusion; TNK administration
Cardiac monitoring; stroke assessment; trauma assessment; resuscitation; sepsis workups

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
TNCC, ENPC or PALS, ACLS, BLS, CPI and NIH

Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
Shift starts 15 minutes prior to shift time ; come prepared to clock in, receive huddle, and assume patient care; no food or drink in patient care areas; no personal bags in patient care areas; all hands on deck, we all work as a team and help each other; must clock out/in for a full 30-34 minutes for lunch each shift
