Night Shift – 1 Charge or CNC 8-10 RNs 1-2 OB techs
Patient Ratios – 1:1 Pitocin, C-section delivery, Recovery 2-3 Antepartum patients AWHONN guidelines are what we strive to follow
Type of equipment – Client fetal monitoring
EMR –CPN meditech
On Call Requirement – 1-2 shifts a schedule
Floating Requirement – yes to mother baby if needed/outside of women s as a resource only/we are too busy to be floating these days!

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have: 
ACLS 
AWHONN 
BLS 
NRP 
Labor management
Circulating a cesarean section
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

Vaginal delivery, c-sections, triage, iron infusions
