Description

Title: LVN or LPN Outpatient Clinic Nurse
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: 23 Ontario St Honeoye Falls, NY 14472
Start Date: 10/12/2026
Schedule: Day (5x8 Hours) 7:30 17:30

Schedule: 7:30a–5:30p | 5×8-hour shifts
Experience: Minimum 1 year
License/Cert: Active NY RN License BLS required
First-Time Travelers: Accepted
Local Rule: Locals accepted at lower rate; must be >75 miles to be considered non-local
Floating: Required — all FM/IM/Peds locations
Setting: Family Medicine / Ambulatory & Pediatrics
Clinical Skills: Rooming, injections, EKGs, nasopharyngeal swabs, BP checks & ear flushes
Special Equipment: EKG, POCT, injection administration & ear flush equipment
Requirements: Independent work in a fast-paced environment; flexible, dependable, punctual, adaptable, strong communication and teamwork skills
