Part Time CT Technologist - 3rd Shift (19:00 to 07:00)

Location: Randolph VT
Shift: 7p-7a; 2-Days a week Thurs & Sat, 24hr/week:

Position Summary: The CT Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography equipment. This role supports patient care by producing high-quality images for accurate diagnosis while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Core Responsibilities:

• Operate CT imaging equipment to perform scans as ordered by physicians.
• Prepare patients for CT procedures, explaining the process and ensuring their safety.
• Position patients correctly to obtain optimal images.
• Maintain imaging equipment and ensure proper functioning.
• Follow radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to review images and assist in diagnosis.

Qualifications:

Specific Educational/Vocational Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program.
• Certification or licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Experience and training in computed tomography (CT) imaging.

Job Skills:

• Proficient in operating CT scanners and related imaging technology.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, patient positioning, and radiation safety.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare staff.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
