Contract-RN-Pedi CVICU

EMR -Meditech

Skill Set Most recruited for: In the PICU at MCH, we admit all ICU level of care patients to include every body system. Respiratory, neuro, GI, GU, plastics, burns, DKA, medically sick patients with a cardiac history, ortho, ENT, etc

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Intubated/vents experience
ICU level of care experience patients

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
ECMO experience (taking care of pt, not the pump)
CRRT experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
Central line, chest tube placement
Sedation, LP, intubation
Best personality Fit:
Flexible for change, good communication with medical team, friendly and positive attitude

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
PALS & BLS

Floating Area(s):
All children s unit and NICU (PIMC, PSRG, Pedi Hemonc, ER for inpt holds, PCICU)

Weekends and On call(if any)
Every other weekend requirement
