Shift: 8hr Day Shift - 40Shift Information: 0800-1700Clinical Interviewing- No - Manager InterviewOn Call, Call Back Requirements: No, not unless requestedWeekend Rotation: NoHoliday Requirements: Travelers will work 75% of holidaysFloating Requirements: N/A
Department Information:

Approximately 6 visits a day
Home Health Therapy Services
Radius rule: Traveler s permanent address must be 50 miles outside of home unit

Minimum Years of Experience required: 1 year

Will you accept a first-time traveler: Yes, if seasoned to home health

Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:

Chronic diseases, wound care, IV, pleurx, wound vac

Required License, National Certification, Certs (BLS, ACLS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance:

Driver's License and proof of Insurance required
OT: BLS; State Licensure required

Skills required:

Charting experience with Homecare Homebase is required (no exceptions), IV, pleurx, wound vac, wound care, assessment, disease teaching, OASIS

Support within the Department:

Departmental leadership
