Schedule:  Floating Shift 3 X 12s • 36 hrs / Week

• Unit: Geriatric Long-Term Care

• Ratios: 1 RN : 20 residents | 1 LPN : 8–10 | 1 CNA : 4–6

• Patients: Geriatric residents; wound care required, no trachs; no acute-care needs

• Shift: Days / Evenings / Nights

• Schedule: 36 hrs/week; weekends, on-call & holidays per unit needs

• Experience: 2 years Long-Term Care

• License: NY RN License ONLY

• Cert: BLS – AHA ONLY

• Telemetry: Required

• Duties: Direct patient care, assessments, documentation, care-plan implementation, medication administration, and oversight/delegation of LPN/CNA staff

• Preferred Skills: Strong communication, flexibility, delegation, and geriatric-care experience

Skills:   Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Expertise Rating Move   Two (2) years Experience Required           RN License (ONLY NY Licenses are accepted at this time) Required           BLS (American Heart Association ONLY) Required
