Description

Title: LPN - Long Term Care
Duration: 13 weeks
Location:150 Highland Ave, Rochester, NY 14620
Start Date: 10/26/2026
Schedule: Floating Shift 3*12s 36hours/week

Setting: Geriatric Long-Term Care
Ratios: 1 RN : 20 residents | 1 LPN : 8–10 | 1 CNA : 4–6
Residents: Geriatric population; wound care, no trachs; no acute-care needs
Shift: Days / Evenings / Nights – rotating
Requirements: Weekends, holidays, on-call, callback & charge duties per unit needs
Experience: 2 years Long-Term Care
License: NYS LPN License
Certification: BLS – AHA ONLY
Responsibilities: Direct patient care, medication administration, oversight of CNA staff, and maintaining resident dignity and safety
Skills: Strong critical thinking, independent work, communication & compassionate patient care

Skills: Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Expertise Rating Move LPN License (NY License ONLY) Required BLS (American Heart Association ONLY) Required Two (2) Years' Experience Required 2 Years
