Shift - 7:00PM - 7:00AM

Traveler shall be scheduled in accordance with facility policy and is expected to work every other weekend and Holidays in rotation with Hospital employees

Patient Ratios: 1:6 is goal. May go up to 1:7
Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : We call for 8 nurses. US on days. 4 Techs every shift.
Type of equipment: Typical med/surg equipment such as EKG, bladder scanner, vein finder, etc.
Documentation system: Meditech
Scheduling special requirements:3 12-hour shifts, Overtime available
Floating policy: Staff will float as needed.
Patient Experience requirements: Med/surg

Certifications: BLS needed , Registered Nurse License ,

Requested Skill Set: Med/surg skills
Must have: Great communication, great teamwork, and compassion.
Advanced skills needed:
Procedures performed on unit: wound care, foley caths, trach care.
