Description

Title: Endo/GI Tech
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: 601 Elmwood Ave, Rochester, NY 14642
Start Date: 10/26/2026
Schedule: Evening Shift 12*3 36hours/week

Role: Endoscopy / Ambulatory Technician
Experience: Must have travel experience; targeting candidates who have completed at least 1 travel assignment
Licensure/Certifications: None required; HLD certification highly encouraged
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Days Night Call
Responsibilities:
- Maintain aseptic technique and sterile/HLD integrity during procedures
- Prepare, clean, disinfect, inspect, leak-test, and reprocess endoscopes
- Identify defective equipment and perform preventive maintenance
- Follow manufacturer/regulatory protocols for HLD and equipment storage
- Check and calibrate equipment per protocol
- Perform ambulatory duties such as obtaining/documenting vitals and transporting patients
