Description

Title: LVN Med-Surg
Location: Dayton OH
Duration: 13 Weeks / 13- or 18-week contract is available
Shift: Night (3x12 Hours) 19:00 7:00

WINTER JOBS! - must be able to work minimum of every other holiday!

Med Surg Renal Unit
LTAC LPN experience will also be accepted

**Must have IV certification or proof of education and competency of IV therapy skills**

LPN/LVN *Requirements: BLS through AHA,
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR EXP-ACUTE CARE EXP (HOSPITAL SETTING) REQUIRED
MUST HAVE EXP WITH PATIENT RATIOS OF 1:5-6
MUST HAVE EPIC CHARTING EXPERIENCE
FLOAT REQUIRED

FLOATING REQUIREMENTS:

Traveler will be first to float at Premier s discretion. Agency will float in/out of specialty cluster and will be assigned a medically appropriate assignment or support the nursing care team of the unit floated to.
Traveler must be available to work every other weekend/holiday.
Travelers are not eligible for Premier Health Employee incentives.
Premier Health reserves the right to cancel 2 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract
Premier Health reserves the right to cancel agreement with 2 weeks' notice without fee or fine
