Staffing

Day Shift

  • 1 CNC/Charge RN

  • 5 RNs

  • 3 CNAs

  • Sitters as needed

Night Shift

  • 1 CNC/Charge RN

  • 5 RNs

  • 2 CNAs

  • Sitters as needed

Equipment

  • Feeding Pumps

  • IV Pumps

  • Lift Equipment

  • Wound VAC

  • PCA Pumps

Hiring Profile

Requested Skill Set

This unit recruits:

  • Travel RNs

  • V Therapy Certificate 

  • LPN/LVN License

  • PCTs

Must-Have Qualifications

  • BLS/BCLS

  • Strong critical-thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • ACLS

  • IV skills

  • Orthopedic care experience

  • Kidney transplant care experience

  • Central line management

  • Foley catheter management

  • Experience caring for patients with:

    • Cardiac conditions

    • Renal transplants

    • Dialysis

    • Pulmonary conditions

    • GI conditions

    • Diabetes Mellitus

Typical Procedures & Clinical Care

  • Chronic wound care

  • Respiratory treatments managed by Respiratory Therapy

Ideal Candidate

  • Adaptable to a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

  • Culturally competent and comfortable providing care to a diverse patient population
