o Night Shift – 1 Charge/3 RN, 1 PCT
Patient Ratios – 1:3, 1:4
Type of equipment – Bipap, Trach vents,
EMR -Expanse

Skill Set Most recruited for:
IMCU, Progressive Care, ICU-Stepdown
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
ACLS
BLS
NIH Certification
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Familiar with Amio, Heparin, Cardizem, 3% Saline

Chest Tube insertion
