• Weekend Hours: Policy requires all staff to work at least 2 weekend shifts per month
• Call Requirements: None
• Required Certifications: BLS (must be AHA)
• Years of Experience: Minimum 1 year, Preferred 2 years
• Float Requirements: As needed per Facility Needs

• Equipment: VS machine, Bladder Scanner, Lifts, Thermal Imaging, IV pumps/tubes

• Patient Population e.g. "geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Geriatric and Adults
Hiring Profile:
• Must Have Skills/Experience: Med/Surg experience.
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Charge Nurse preferred but not required. Nephrology experience preferred but not required.
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: ESRD, Peritoneal Dialysis, Hemodialysis
• Required Education: ADN
