Number of Beds - 29 beds, 4 OR's, 3 PACU Bays, 12 Antepartum rooms, 10 Triage rooms
Number of Staff – 148
Type of staff:
Day Shift – 22 RN's, 2-3 CST's, 1 Charge and 1 Flex
Night Shift -20 RN's, 1-2 CST's, 1 Charge and 1 Flex
Patient Ratios –2:1
Type of equipment - Centricity, Client monitors
EMR - Meditech / CPN
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Minimum 6 months current acute CST L&D experience
BLS
Certified Surgical Technician (CST) Certification
NBSTA and DORA Certifications are required in hand
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
L&D experience
Meditech experience
