MUST HAVE ALASKA SOCIAL WORK LICENSE IN HAND PRIOR TO SUBMISSION
Travel Social Worker - It is an Master s Social Worker. LMSW
Anchorage, AK
Shift Time:  Start Time: 08:00 AM End Time: 04:30 PM
Shift Type:  Day Shift
13 Weeks
8 hour days 8am to 4:30pm One will be on M-F, one will be on F-M
EMR-EPIC, MIDAS (must have experience using these)
Ratio- 1:8
Must have
BLS
active Social Worker License ( AK)
Must have secured housing and transportation before accepting the assignment
Float to: SW covers all units and rotational coverage in ER, Mother/Baby
Typical Procedures Performed: assessment of social situations/needs and writes plans accordingly. Participates in multidisciplinary team rounds for Discharge Planning.
Required: LMSW, Masters in Social Work or equal educational degree.
Required: Independent starter, willingness to consult with other professionals, creativity-Alaska is unique along with its issues.
Attire: scrubs or business casual
No On call
Occasional weekend coverage (rarely)
