Shift: 7hr Evening Shift (35) Shift Information: Sunday-Thursday 4:30pm-12 (midnight)
Clinical Interviewing- No On Call, Call Back Requirements: Yes, 1-2 call shifts a week, 1:6 weekend call. Weekend Rotation: No Holiday Requirements: Yes, will cover call on a holiday. Floating Requirements: No


**Sunday-Thursday 4:30pm-12 (midnight). Call 1-2 nights a week, 1:6 weekend call rotation.

• Beds: 2 – will also float throughout the hospital for portable exams

Will you accept a first-time traveler: No

Patient Types: OB, General

Patient Ratios: 1:1

Required Certifications:

• Required: BLS, ARDMS - Vascular, and either ARDMS – General or ARDMS - OBGYN

Skills required:

• Experience with OB and General

Support on the Unit:

• Sonographers
• Supervisor
• Can also reach out to Southern Lakes for assistance

Technology/Equipment:

• EMR: EPIC
• Equipment: Phillips US machine (experience preferred)

Scheduling:

• Weekend rotation: Call only
• Call: If so, what is that schedule: 1-2 times a week, every 4 th weekend – 45 minute response time
• Holiday Expectations: every other
• Approval of time off: Can we approve time off on your behalf, or would you like all requests sent to you: N/A
