Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Minimum 6 months current CST experience
BLS
Certified Surgical Technician (CST) Certification
NBSTA & DORA Certifications must be active
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Total Joint experience at a level 11 or 111
Experience using robotics such as DaVinci
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
Ortho & Spine
Joint Replacements and scrubbing Ortho cases
