Schedule: Floating Shift​ 12*3s 36hours/week

• Specialty: Pediatric Mental Health / Inpatient Psychiatry

• Patient Population: Children and adolescents ages 5–18 experiencing acute mental health crises

• Schedule: 36 or 48 hours/week; rotating Days/Evenings/Nights

• Weekend/Holiday: Required as per unit needs

• On-Call: As needed per unit requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of pediatric mental health experience

• Required Certifications:

  • Active NYS RN License

  • AHA BLS (AHA only)

• Preferred:

  • CPI Blue Card

  • Experience in a large academic medical center

• Unit Focus: Crisis stabilization, psychopharmacological interventions, and therapeutic group programs, including mindfulness, wellness, activities therapy, and coping skills

• Care Model: Multidisciplinary team providing safe, effective, patient-centered psychiatric care
