Description

Job Title: Respiratory Therapist
URGENT - Registered Respiratory Therapist

3 Consecutive 12 hour shift - 7a-7p

Current ACLS, BLS

CRT and RRT licensed

Must have graduated from an accredited program and passed a certification exam

Interview and examine patients with cardiopulmonary disorders. Consult with physicians to develop treatment plans. Monitor and record progress of treatments, and correctly document in patient charts. Treat patients by using a variety of methods including chest physiotherapy and aerosol treatments.

Requires prolonged standing and/or sitting. Required infrequent bending, stooping, or stretching.May require lifting up to 20 pounds.Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity. Requires the use of office equipment such as computers, telephones, fax machines or copiers.Position will require flexibility in hours to accommodate the occasional early or late meetings.
