Schedule: Day Shift 3*12s 36hours/week

• Shift: Monday–Friday, day shifts; 36 or 48 hrs/week

• Call: Evening call until 11 PM, as needed; rotating holiday requirements

• Weekends: No weekends

• License: NY RN license required; pending NYS license accepted

• Experience: 2 years of OR experience; Level I trauma experience preferred

• Required Certifications: CNOR and AHA BLS

• Preferred: AHA ACLS

• Education: Completion of an accredited RNFA program through a college/university

• Da Vinci Experience: Required

• Robotic Specialties Required:

  • Urology and GYN

  • Colorectal and surgical oncology

  • Thoracic and general surgery

• Role: Combined RNFA, circulating, and scrubbing duties; assists surgeons during procedures and performs OR staff RN duties when not assigned as RNFA

• Key Skills: Perioperative nursing, surgical assisting, scrubbing, circulating, and robotic surgery experience.
