General Information 

• Beds: 2 CT

Will you accept a traveler with 1 year experience: 2 years 
Will you accept a first-time traveler: Upon review 

Patient Types:  Peds-geriatrics 

Patient Ratios: 1:1 

Required Certifications: 

• BLS 
• ARRT-CT 
• WI State Licensure 

Skills required: 

• Experience with angiography, cardiac gating, IV Access 
• Cannon 64 Slice, Toshiba 40 Slice 

Education required 

Technology/Equipment: 

• EMR: EPIC 
• IV pumps: Alaris 
• Medication dispensing: Pyxis 
• Monitors: 

Orientation: (facility and unit)  One day Orientation 

Scheduling: 

• Weekend rotation: NO 
• On call: If so, what is that schedule: Varies, 30 min response time 
• Holiday Expectations: if interested
• Approval of time off: 
• Shift times: 10pm to 6am 
• Schedule cycle: Mon-friday
