Description

Title: Registered Nurse - MS/Tele
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: 1425 Portland Ave Bldg 3 Rochester, NY 14621
Schedule: Night Shift 4*12s 48hours/week

Experience: Minimum 1 year
License: Active NY RN license in hand – no exceptions; pending licenses not accepted
Certifications: BLS and NIHSS required; valid NIHSS must be included in submittal
Shift: Not specified
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Floating: Required within skillset
First-Time Travelers: Accepted
Local Radius: Candidates must live more than 75 miles from the facility
Charting: EPIC experience required
Patient Ratio: Must be able to manage 1:5–1:7 MedSurg ratios
Unit Details:
- 26-bed unit: Primarily CHF, acute MI, post-device care (pacemakers), and arrhythmia patients.
- 51-bed unit: General surgery, including colorectal, ostomy, plastic/cosmetic, breast procedures, and reconstruction patients.
Unit Volume: High-volume unit
Facility Type: Tertiary Care Hospital
Total Staffed Beds: 528
Scrubs: Any combination of navy blue and white
