Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) - Travel Position

Location: Tucson, Arizona
Employment Type: Travel
Shift: Nights, 1830 - 0700 (3 shifts per week, 12 hours each)
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Job Description

As a Certified Respiratory Therapist, you will provide cardiopulmonary services following approved protocols and department policies. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures
  • Delivering medicated aerosols via medical compressed gas
  • Maintaining airways
  • Ventilator management
  • Intubations
  • Performing blood gas analysis

You will provide timely diagnostic and therapeutic services to both inpatients and outpatients.


Required Qualifications

  • Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Arizona
  • Respiratory Therapist with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Experience working with pediatric and neonate patients, including minimal NICU and pediatric experience
  • Experience in inpatient settings, including ICU, general floors, and Emergency Department (ED) environments
