Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) - Travel Position

Location: Tucson, Arizona
Employment Type: Travel
Shift: Nights, 1830 - 0700 (3 shifts per week, 12 hours each)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

As a Certified Respiratory Therapist, you will provide cardiopulmonary services following approved protocols and department policies. Responsibilities include:

Assisting physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures
Delivering medicated aerosols via medical compressed gas
Maintaining airways
Ventilator management
Intubations
Performing blood gas analysis

You will provide timely diagnostic and therapeutic services to both inpatients and outpatients.

Required Qualifications

Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Arizona
Respiratory Therapist with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Experience working with pediatric and neonate patients, including minimal NICU and pediatric experience
Experience in inpatient settings, including ICU, general floors, and Emergency Department (ED) environments
