Shift and Hours

Night shift: 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
Approximately 36 hours per week

Job Description

Provide nursing care to Emergency Room patients using the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
Apply critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to ensure safe patient care delivery in the Emergency Department.
Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.
Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience.
Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Arkansas.
Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department nursing experience within the last year.
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support).
