Registered Nurse (RN) – Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU)

Job Description

• Work in a fast-paced Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) with 30 beds
• Patient ratio: 4 or 5 patients per nurse
• Day shift: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
• No on-call requirements
• Floating required: may need to float to Med/Surg units
• Block scheduling is not an option
• Scrub color: Navy blue

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Indiana
• Minimum 1 year of Intermediate Care experience within the last year
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Additional Information

• Orientation dates depend on years of experience
• Holidays may be blacked out depending on need; no paid time off allowed during contract
• Weekly hours approximately 36 hours per week
